Description
The ECM Systems Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation and management of Enterprise Content Management systems that support the organization’s business processes and compliance needs. This role requires a deep understanding of content management technologies, integration with business applications, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of ECM solutions.
Responsibility's:
- Architecture & Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the ECM system, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
- Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of ECM solutions, including document management, records management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend ECM technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve content lifecycle management.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure ECM systems comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and best practice guidelines.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ECM technologies to drive continuous improvement.
