• Lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage the customer’s communication platforms (e.g., emarsys for marketing and iRecall for transactional) to optimize delivery and relevance.
• Foster a culture of shared responsibility for software quality, encouraging collaboration between teams and promoting quality-first thinking.
• Drive measurable value through a Product Operating Model (Discovery, XP, Pair Programming) with an emphasis on iterative, data-driven processes and continuous learning.
• Develop strategies for effective customer segmentation to enable targeted, personalized communication, improving engagement and product value.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for product differentiation.

• Proven Product Management Expertise - Experience managing complex products with a focus on data-driven decision-making and customer-centric approaches.
• Empathy and User-Centric Mindset - Passion for solving real user problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong understanding of Data Privacy and Compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to leverage data insights to inform product strategy, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and align cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience leading diverse teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Proven ability to manage product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving mission-focused outcomes in product development.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
