WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You will be responsible for expanding our customer portfolio in the DACH region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Discover and engage potential new customers within the DACH market
  • Uncover opportunities for sales and present the full range of COCUS services
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to create compelling offers
  • Drive deal and contract negotiations, ensuring the closure of order entries to meet new customer and order entry targets
  • Conduct market research to identify target accounts, effective routes to market, and demand trends relevant to our services
  • Report on industry and company-specific challenges, competitors, and market trends based on customer and partner interactions
  • Develop strategies to reach individuals connected to target accounts
  • Organize, prepare, and conduct business meetings with prospects, partners, and new customers
  •  Create compelling business proposals that meet customer expectations in terms of scope, commercials, and storytelling
  • Ensure customer commitments and expectations are met during the first engagement
  • Plan and execute a seamless handover to an Account Executive, maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Report business opportunities, estimated deal amounts, estimated close dates, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the IT services/consultancy sector
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong track record and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  •  Ambitious, energetic, and results-driven
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with clients
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
