We are looking for an experienced Senior Portfolio Strategy & Planning Analyst to join our Portfolio Economics: Analysis & Planning team.  


This role is pivotal in shaping how Eleving manages and grows portfolios across markets. You will play a significant role in refining forecasting processes and developing new financial models to support better decision-making. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the risk and business product teams to develop new products and provide financial insights that directly influence strategic and operational decisions. 

What you will do:

  • Lead and establish portfolio budgeting and forecasting process across all markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. 
  • Evaluate business cases and unit economics for new and existing products, identifying drivers of profitability and sustainability. 
  • Analyze current portfolio performance to highlight key trends, risks, and growth opportunities. 
  • Drive implementation of a group-wide planning approach, ensuring local and regional units are aligned under a consistent portfolio strategy. 
  • Collaborate with risk and product teams on portfolio initiatives and new product development, providing scenario analysis and financial expertise. 
  • Act as a senior financial counterpart for regional units, supporting them with portfolio-related insights and decision-making. 
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to leadership to improve portfolio profitability, performance, and operational efficiency. 

What will you need:

  • Proven experience in portfolio financial analysis, portfolio planning/budgeting, portfolio management experience in financial services or another data-driven sector). 
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge and strong knowledge of SQL/Python.
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus - or a genuine curiosity to explore and own it from day one.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis, with direct application to portfolio income and cost planning. 
  • Ability to connect portfolio insights with broader strategic and financial goals, influencing leadership decisions. 
  • A proactive, analytical mindset — eager to challenge assumptions, refine processes, and drive portfolio success

  • Gross monthly salary starting from EUR 3200, depending on your previous experience and qualifications (for candidates based in Lithuania: starting from EUR 3800 gross).
