We're looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst / Portfolio Manager to join our Europe hub.
In this role, you will optimize credit risk management, enhance lending automation, ensure high-quality reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth.
What you will do:
- Support business decisions regarding lending strategy
- Lead lending process automation related developments
- Manage credit risks exposure to be in business-friendly level
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports by combining the financial and non-financial information
- Ensure high quality reporting and data analysis
- Develop an in-depth business knowledge and become a trusted advisor to business managers
- Assist loan portfolio provision calculation process
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk analysis within the financial sector is required
- Degree in mathematics and economics, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in working with SQL
- R language or Python knowledge will be considered as advantage
- Perfect Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and take ownership and be solution-oriented & flexible
- Fluent English
- IFRS9 knowledge will be considered as advantage
