We're looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst / Portfolio Manager to join our Europe hub.

In this role, you will optimize credit risk management, enhance lending automation, ensure high-quality reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth.


What you will do:


  • Support business decisions regarding lending strategy
  • Lead lending process automation related developments
  • Manage credit risks exposure to be in business-friendly level
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports by combining the financial and non-financial information
  • Ensure high quality reporting and data analysis
  • Develop an in-depth business knowledge and become a trusted advisor to business managers
  • Assist loan portfolio provision calculation process


What you'll bring:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk analysis within the financial sector is required
  • Degree in mathematics and economics, finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in working with SQL
  • R language or Python knowledge will be considered as advantage
  • Perfect Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and take ownership and be solution-oriented & flexible
  • Fluent English
  • IFRS9 knowledge will be considered as advantage
