We are looking for data-driven Communication Automation Manager to join our Europe hub to build and optimize automated communication journeys across the customer lifecycle. This role will focus on designing and scaling automated communication flows that increase conversion, retention, cross-sell and win-back performance, while reducing manual work and improving customer experience.


You will work closely with Product, AI, BI, Sales Operations and Country Teams to ensure customer communication is timely, relevant and aligned with our commercial strategy.


What you'll own:

  • Own and manage omni-channel communication setup (SMS, email, WhatsApp, Viber, push)
  • Build, test, and optimize automated communication workflows
  • Collaborate with IT to improve and integrate messaging systems
  • Ensure QA, segmentation, delivery, and continuous optimization
  • Design and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys (conversion, retention, cross/upsell, win-back)
  • Implement trigger-based communications based on customer behavior and eligibility
  • Manage and optimize CRM/automation platforms and reduce manual processes
  • Coordinate consistent messaging across all channels
  • Track performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and run A/B tests
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, IT, Data, BI, and local teams


What you'll bring:

  • Experience working with CRM or communication automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle communication
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience running automated communication workflows
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Attention to detail and structured execution
  • Bonus points for experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce is an advantage
