FINANCE MANAGER (INTERNAL REPORTING)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen our internal reporting team. Role will be responsible for managing part of internal transactions, taking part in preparation of managerial reports, conducting reconciliations, research and preparation to a new internal software migration.

• Maintain internal bookkeeping and ensure accuracy in internal records.
• Taking part in preparation of internal financial reports for management and stakeholders (P&L, BS and CF)
• Taking part in preparation of additional monthly / quarterly reports per project and ad-hoc reports per request.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance and income/expenses accounts to ensure data consistency.
• Collect and store documents for each entity required for both internal and external accounting purposes.
• Work closely with team members to streamline reporting processes.
• Assist in researching and evaluating new internal accounting software, ensuring smooth migration and accurate data transfer.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in managerial accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (for instance 1c, Xero, MS Navision)
• High attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with JIRA or other financial workflow tools (preferred).
