We are seeking a highly skilled Chess Master with a deep understanding of chess and strong analytical skills who can develop mathematical models to assess the probabilities of game outcomes.

• Elo rating: > 1800 (FIDE) or > 2000 (online platforms: Chess.com, Lichess, etc.)
• Experience in Python programming (key libraries for data analysis: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Deep understanding of chess: tactics, strategy, openings, middlegame, endgame
• Knowledge of current trends and various formats of chess matches/tournaments
• Experience working with chess software for optimal move calculations (Stockfish, Lc0, etc.)
• Skills in mathematical modeling, probability analysis, and statistical methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for sports and understanding of sports betting concepts (preferred)

• Analyzing chess games and strategies to derive insights applicable to sports betting analytics
•  Develop and test mathematical models for evaluating the probabilities of chess game outcomes
•  Analyze large sets of chess data
•  Collaborate with chess and data science experts to enhance models
•  Conducting research and staying updated on advancements in chess theory and its applications
