Schedule: Full-time or part-time available - normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, flexitime can be discussed

This position is a 12-month Maternity Cover fixed term contract, with a desired start date of 4th November.

 

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department and collaborate closely with our HR and Recruitment Administrator. You’ll take charge of our recruitment activities, ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard the best talent to help us achieve our goals. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employer brand and creating a great candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring advice.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
  • Improve and administer recruitment policies and procedures to enhance our hiring processes.
  • Enhance our employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reporting to the HR department.
  • Assist in managing freelance contracts and tracking.
  • Support the HR & Recruitment Administrator with various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding and other HR activities.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Good understanding of local employment law and best practices related to recruitment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Great attention to detail.
