The role:

Here at CNM, we are looking to grow our excellent team of ambassadors who are spreading the word about the great opportunities CNM can offer prospective students. To do this we are looking for someone to join our marketing team who can recruit and onboard new ambassadors and influencers that are as passionate about what CNM has to offer! The role will include building relationships with new and existing ambassadors, creating engaging and inspirational content for them to promote CNM courses along with sharing our gratitude and rewards for their continued support and referrals.  

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with all CNM’s existing ambassadors.
  • Providing ambassadors with examples of how to use social media, hints and tips for successful promotion and creating graphics that they can use.
  • Reconciling a weekly list of course enrolments and converting one-off referrers to ambassadors by telling them about the scheme.
  • Creating and distributing trackable event links for free health talks to the ambassadors for their contacts.
  • Being the primary contact for any questions from students/ graduates wanting to become ambassadors
  • Creating regular communications to segments of our database to recruit new ambassadors e.g. different countries, graduates within the last 2 years
  • Creating and sending communications reinforcing the referral scheme
  • Onboarding new ambassadors, providing them personal referral links and enough information to get them up and running
  • Testing new ideas and communications and keeping track of what works well
  • Sourcing influencers through Instagram and keeping an up to date list of people CNM would like to recruit
  • Sharing new ideas with the Head of Marketing on ambassador recruitment
  • Supporting the B2B team with any ambassador materials they may need e.g. posters
  • Initiating ideas for the ambassador team to drive enquiries to CNM
  • Reporting to the management team every week on ambassadors recruited, and enquiries & enrolments received through ambassadors
  • Liaising with one-off referrers to ensure they complete all the details needed for CNM to reward them
  • Working in the CNM database to check ambassador reward eligibility and marking all new ambassadors
