We are seeking a dynamic Head of B2B Support to join our growing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our 24/7 B2B support team.

• Lead the Support Department: Create and manage the B2B support team (which will be working on a 24/7 basis) to ensure smooth and professional assistance for our sportsbook partners, making sure to offer an excellent customer experience.
• Manage Client Relationships: Act as one of the primary contacts for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of all clients, while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Develop and implement performance metrics (KPIs), focusing on improving the service standards in order to meet and exceed expectations.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current support processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, with a focus on automation where appropriate, including the use of relevant software if necessary.
• Cross-function Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, commercial and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients, across all operational aspects.
• Leverage Sportsbook Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of sportsbook products and industry trends to provide expert support, helping partners to optimize their operations and address any challenges.
• Report to the Management: Provide regular updates and insights to the CCO and other management members, ensuring business goals and Support SLAs are being met.

• Experience: Proven track record in support teams in the iGaming with a focus on sportsbook sector, with at least 3 years in a customer support or client service management role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Russian.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of sportsbook systems and technology, capable of addressing technical issues and collaborating with development teams.
• Leadership Abilities: Experience managing multi-disciplinary support teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
