ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Sheffield on a fixed term contract until September 2025.

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Assist in the booking in of delivered goods, maintaining the stock control system, after carrying out checks
  • Support the issuing of stores stock items to workshop team, engineers and other staff.
  • Assist in arranging, packing and shipment of goods to clients, suppliers and other ITI offices.
  • Maintain standard stock levels.
  • Successfully complete all planned training both in-house and external in a timely manner
  • Occasionally carry out other relevant, non-stores related tasks as required by their line manager
  • Work as part of the stores team, assisting other team members and the wider manufacturing team.).


SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for:

  • A full UK driving licence or indication of working towards one.
  • Good IT skills, particularly using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work quickly and neatly
  • Good communication skills between co-workers and suppliers
  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Good ability to work as a team
