At Globe Theatre, we believe that our capacity to fulfill our mission and mandate is built on our ability to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming working and learning environment. By advancing principles of anti-oppression, decolonization, and anti-racism, all members of our community, our audience, volunteers, staff, Board of Directors, and freelance theatre makers, will thrive in the pursuit of entertaining and engaging theatre.
We embrace the challenge to adopt and model ethical and equitable interactions in all aspects of the organization.
