Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community Manager to lead and grow our vibrant communities across Telegram, Discord, and X (formerly Twitter). In this role, you will be pivotal in fostering engagement, driving brand loyalty, and building a strong connection between Paybis and its users in the crypto and Web3 space. If you have a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and a proven track record of community building, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow and engage our communities on Telegram, Discord, and X.
  • Plan and manage interactive campaigns including AMAs, polls, giveaways, and drops to boost participation and excitement.
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams to create tailored and engaging content for each community platform.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all community channels.
  • Oversee community moderation using tools and bots to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to community inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Track community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance; provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with influencers, ambassadors, and partners to extend community reach and amplify brand presence.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in community management, preferably within crypto or Web3 industries.
  • Proven success growing and managing active communities on Telegram, Discord, and X.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with community management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Discord moderation bots, Telegram admin tools).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
