We’re seeking an ambitious, skilled and innovative Financial Controller to join our team and together redefine business financial planning practice by designing and implementing new planning tools, practices, and decision-taking flows! • Act as a key contributor in the redesign and transformation of the business financial planning process, driving innovation and efficiency. 
• Develop and implement new tools and frameworks to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. 
• Apply your expertise in financial modeling to create accurate and insightful forecasts, budgets, and business valuations. 
• Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to align planning activities with organizational objectives. 
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and integrate them seamlessly with financial reporting systems. 
• Design and implement advanced financial models for scenario analysis, valuations, and strategic investments. 
• Contribute to the adoption of modern financial practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards. 

• 5+ years of experience in various finance fields -  financial planning, budgeting, financial modeling and reporting fields. 
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting principles and how they interface with planning processes. 
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. 
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive meaningful change. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working in teams. 
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
