We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator Manager to join our marketing team. This role will focus on producing sophisticated visual content, with a primary emphasis on animation, to communicate complex scientific/tech advancements effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including chemists and engineers, and copywriters to develop marketing materials that elevate our brand and engage diverse audiences. Responsibilities include animation, design, illustration, photography, videography, and motion graphics supporting our evolution as pharma development innovators.


Key Responsibilities


  • Animation: Build 2D/3D animations that distill intricate scientific concepts and deep-tech innovations into marketing gold, captivating both niche and broad audiences.
  • Design Work: Craft striking, scientifically grounded designs for marketing assets including infographics, campaign visuals, and branded materials that scream innovation.
  • Illustration: Create standout illustrations such as chemical structures, engineering marvels, or next-gen tech concepts to amplify our deep-tech narrative.
  • Photography & Videography: Shoot and edit dynamic photos and videos fueling marketing content that turns heads.
  • Motion Graphics: Design and animate high-impact motion graphics for videos, interactive media, and signage, bringing our story to life across physical and digital spaces.
  • Collaboration with SMEs and Copywriters: Team up with scientists (chemists, engineers) as SMEs to nail technical precision, and sync with copywriters to ensure visuals pop alongside sharp messaging.
  • Project Management: Steer marketing projects with agility, syncing with SMEs, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to hit tight deadlines.
  • Content Optimization: Fine-tune visuals for platforms like social media, trade shows, and webinars, analyzing performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions) to sharpen future campaigns.
  • Quality Control: Drive the evolution and consistent application of visual brand guidelines, ensuring all content reflects and strengthens our identity and marketing objectives.

  

Qualifications


  • Experience: 4–6 years in content creation, with at least 2 years mastering animation and motion graphics. Marketing experience or work with scientific teams a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film/Media Production, or a related field.
  • Expert-level skills in animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
  • Expert-level skills in design and illustration tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with photography/videography gear and editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom).
  • Mastery of 2D/3D animation pipelines and rendering workflows.
  • Portfolio Required: animation, photography/videography, and motion graphics (scientific, tech, or B2B marketing examples a plus).
