About Connected Store

Connected Store is our retail digital advertising channel. Over the last five years, we have rapidly scaled our network to over 10,000 digital, dynamic, interactive and localisable in-store advertising spaces. We design, build, fund, and install these digital touchpoints and manage our media platform's physical assets, digital devices, and content. The seamless integration of digital media, physical point of sale and product enables brands to deliver a dynamic and contextually relevant shopper experience that drives sales uplift and differentiates us from our competitors.

As we rapidly continue to pioneer in the retail media space, evolve our digital offering and scale our product-as-a-service offering we are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our Connected Store Software Engineering Team.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer who, along with our excellent Software Development team, will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Connected Store retail media network. As a Fronend Software Engineer, you would be a guiding figure, offering mentorship, sharing strategic insights, and nurturing team cohesion.

• A BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in a related field.
• Hands-on programming experience in Angular/NGRX or similar frontend frameworks.
• Excellent coding skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
• Experience working in an agile team managed by Scrum.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• The ability to prioritise activities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with clients and business partners.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• The ability to travel as necessary.
