What you will do:

  • Engaging with every walk in clients visiting the branch and introduce them to Spare Parts Financing.
  • Clearly explain the Spare Parts Financing product offering, benefits, eligibility, and repayment terms.
  • Handle all client questions and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Guide clients through theSpare Parts Financing loan application process.
  • Work with internal MOGO and Car and General teams to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure required documents are submitted and assist where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsellSpare Parts Financing to existing MOGO clients.
  • Occasionally visit the field (boda stages, garages, spare parts shops) to educate potential clients on Spare Parts Financing and generate new leads.
  • Collect, record, and report leads generated from fieldwork.
  • Regularly share client feedback, recurring inquiries, or process gaps with the product team.
  • Propose ideas for product growth, improvements, or outreach strategies based on daily interactions.


What you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field
  • One year relevant sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
