Take responsibility for delivering timely and accurate legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining high standards of legal documentation and reporting. 

• Provide legal support for corporate matters across the group
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Advise internal teams on legal risks and provide guidance on key business decisions
• Work with finance agreements, debt securities, and collateral structures
• Advise on corporate structures, share incentive schemes, and corporate governance, including employment-related legal matters

• Master’s degree in Law
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, contract law, employment law, and compliance
• Strong skills in legal drafting and contract negotiation
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of legal English and Latvian
• Business mind-set and result-oriented approach
