YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Finance Controller, your mission is to ensure the highest standards of financial reporting, data accuracy, and financial integrity across multiple countries and regions. You will play a key role in supporting and improving financial processes, collaborating with local accounting teams and external partners, and contributing to the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.


  •  Lead and ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, driving continuous improvements in reporting and analysis processes
  • Oversee financial data quality and compliance with local regulations and Group policies
  • Supervise and support the accounting team and collaborate with external advisors and auditors
  •  Drive the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
  •  Manage and coordinate local and Group audits
  •  Proactively handle ad-hoc financial requests and projects
  •  Build and maintain a strong network with other departments and country finance teams, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or auditing (Big4 experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in fintech industry will be considered an advantage
  •  Solid knowledge of accounting principles; IFRS experience is strongly preferred
  •  Proven ability to lead financial reporting and control processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  •  Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and drive results
  •  Proficiency in English and advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge (experience with ERP systems is an advantage)
