Assess submitted loan requests according to regulations and internal guidelines set by the company to maintain issued loan quality and detect potential frauds.

• Work with new loan applications and loan-related requests, perform loan validation and other necessary loan amendments
• Provide outstanding customer service while assisting loan officers throughout the loan request and closing process
• Perform rigorous quality assurance and process improvement tasks
• Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met for additional services, such as Collections & Payments, Finance, IT support, etc.
