Finance Manager (Payment System Provider)

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Monitor and manage cash flow and balances across internal and partner accounts, optimizing fund management across platforms, banks, and PSPs
- Execute and oversee internal transfers and partner settlements
- Review and validate transactional data and financial reports prepared by the team
- Provide financial reports and insights to leadership
- Handle customer finance inquiries and coordinate with payment partners on operational and settlement matters
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial processes while driving optimization and automation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve finance tools and data flows
- Perform finance-related ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years in payment operations with experience in real-time fund flows, balances, and multi-party settlements
- Skilled in managing daily cash positions, reconciliations, and optimizing working capital
- Confident handling disputes and financial inquiries
- Experience in automation and workflow improvements
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with financial formulas
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Excellent communication with banks, PSPs, and resellers
- Takes ownership and manages transactions independently
- Solid understanding of cash flow and liquidity
