Spinwise is looking for a Growth Manager who builds strong partnerships and drives the continuous expansion of our merchant and partner network.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Building and managing partnerships with merchants and payment partners
  • Identifying growth opportunities and supporting product development
  • Expanding and maintaining the merchant portfolio
  • Overseeing smooth onboarding of merchants, partners, and related projects
  • Ensuring compliance and improving internal procedures
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver growth initiatives
  • Escalating risks and handling ad-hoc tasks related to growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth roles in fintech, payments, or merchant services
  • Hands-on experience with high-risk merchant accounts and onboarding (KYC, KYB, compliance)
  • Solid knowledge of payment gateways, PSPs, acquiring, and the full merchant lifecycle
  • Proven success in building and scaling B2B partnerships in payments or acquiring
  • Skilled in leading merchant/partner discussions and turning technical updates into business value
  • Strong project management and cross-team coordination
  • Ability to identify product opportunities based on merchant needs
  • Proactive and adaptable approach in fast-paced, regulated environments
