Senior Technical Writer

Spinwise is looking for a Senior Technical Writer who brings clarity to complexity and thrives in systematizing knowledge.

• Streamline and maintain internal documentation across teams
• Restructure Confluence spaces and define scalable content systems
• Remove duplication and outdated info
• Create clear, user-focused content for both internal and external use
• Collaborate with product, dev and UX to gather and organise information
• Share tools, standards and best practices across teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 5+ years in technical writing, documentation or similar roles
• Strong experience in information architecture and documentation systems
• Expert in Confluence, able to lead tooling and content strategy
• Skilled at translating complex topics into clear, accessible content
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments

• Experience in iGaming, SaaS, FinTech, or similarly complex and regulated domains
• Ability to advise on and implement documentation tools for external-facing content
• A systems thinker who enjoys solving organisational challenges through structure and content design

• Salary starting from €2500 gross
