We are currently seeking an Investment Associate Real Estate Acquisitions Team to further expand our growing Japan asset supply portfolio. Working closely with our seasoned HQ acquisition team based in Hong Kong, the ideal candidate should be an experienced individual with a strong proven track record on multifamily residential transactions and acquisitions. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for identifying possible management agreements and/or master lease opportunities. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and developing meaningful relationships with existing and new business partners. Now is the time to evangelize, introduce, and promote the Co-Living concept in Japan!


The Role

● Analysis of multifamily, hotel, and any living sector acquisition opportunities across the Japanese markets, creating financial models for underwriting and asset management purposes

● Support in structuring potential acquisitions and transaction completion

● Supporting management and reporting of new and existing investment opportunities

● Working with senior members with origination and sourcing new opportunities

● Building of case studies for existing assets to support fundraising efforts


The Requirements

● 3+ years' transaction experience in real estate from either Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Advisory.

● Excellent financial modeling skills

● Native Japanese (N1 Certification), business proficient in spoken and written English (TOEIC of 750+)

● Strong presentation skills

● Mature and confident approach to engaging successfully with senior members of the team.
