Reporting to the Director of Vendor Management, the Vendor Management Team Coordinator will be a pivotal team player, providing comprehensive support across a variety of areas, including project allocation, customer onboarding, linguist quality management, and linguistic team creation. This role is crucial in identifying potential issues and coaching junior team members to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate is adept at client interaction, enjoys team leadership, has a keen attention to detail, and is committed to continuous learning and exceeding expectations. Working scheme: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
