Reporting to the Global HR Director, the People & Culture Coordinator based in New York will be a key player and provide a full range of support in a variety of areas from compliance to payroll and recruitment. This role will advise and coach managers and employees on all stages of the employee life cycle. The People & Culture Coordinator will assist with the hiring and onboarding of new employees. This role will assist with creating local and international HR policies and procedures as well as with administering payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate is used to dealing with confidential information, pays great attention to detail and is always eager to learn and exceed expectations. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and execution of HR US compliance projects
  • Local H&S activities coordination
  • HR operational administrative functions and processes
  • Monthly payroll and benefits coordination
  • Full-cycle employee onboarding
  • Recruitment and talent development
  • Execution of local training plan
  • Annual performance review process coordination
  • Expert user of HRIS systems
  • Employee relations management
  • Deal with confidential information daily. Apply integrity and ethical conduct always
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support with regular HR reporting
  • Lead local Culture and CSR initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent in English another language is a plus
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR operating in fast-moving multicultural environments
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and One drive tools)
