What you will do:

  • Manage a team of sales support officers to provide timely and effective assistance to the sales team
  •  Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, agents and promoters via registration and account creation in the Mogo systems (ERP & Partner Portal) 
  •  Act as first line support for the dealers, agents and promoters to triage issues and escalate as required  
  • Ensure accurate documentation and validation of dealer, agent & promoter data
  • Standardize and document operational procedures for sales support functions.
  •  Provide daily/weekly report on sales support team performance
  • Train and onboard new sales support staff and field agents on company tools, processes, and service expectations
  • Execute all other tasks assigned by line manager efficiently


What you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field
  •  3+ years’ experience in sales support, field operations, or customer onboarding – preferably in a telecom, fintech, or device financing company
  •  Strong team leadership and people management skills
  •  Experience with Mogo ERP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  •  Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Swahili
