CNM has been a well-established training provider for natural therapies for over 25 years, with ten colleges in the UK and Ireland. At the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), we train people to become health professionals in Natural Therapies.


The Role:

We are currently looking for a talented part-time/full-time Admissions Representative.


This role will be based from our Dubai Office with the opportunity for Hybrid working. The main purpose of this role is to grow the business, enrol more students and increase sales. You will be provided with leads coming from calls and emails through our website and other promotion, but you are also expected to keep constant communication and follow up with prospects already on the CRM, to create rapport and convert to sales.


The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate has a natural interest in helping prospective students from all walks of life to get a professional education and career in Natural Therapies. You know how to enlighten and nurture prospective students. You want to achieve your targets and you want to work with like-minded people in a stable and growing company. We provide training for the role, however, it is required that you already had some successful experience with telesales, other sales roles, recruitment or customer service. The most important is that you are a motivated and driven individual who can take on this challenging role and get the expected results.

The ideal candidate has:

·        Maintain strong sales tactics utilising KPI’s, performance metrics and consultative sales strategies to reach sales targets.

·        Connect with CNM’s prospective student body, engaging to understand interest in our courses.

·        Use coaching skills to cultivate relationships with new leads, uncovering needs and provide solution selling to our diverse portfolio of courses.

·        Work in a team environment with a like-minded group, all passionate about helping others realise their passion for wellness.
