Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (FP&A)

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (FP&A) to help achieve optimal financial performance and support strategic decision-making across organization. 

• Supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and financial insights
• Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast future financial scenarios
• Managing the budgeting process, including creating detailed budgets and financial plans
• Collaborating with various departments and management to gather information and improve financial accuracy
• Preparing monthly reports for management that reflect business performance
• Improve current and future modeling techniques by integrating innovative tools and methods to increase efficiency
• Enhance the accessibility and ease-of-use of integrated models and budgets

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Proficiency in Accounting and knowledge of IFRS
• Macros/SQL and similar knowledge
• Previous experience in similar positions in an international company
