What you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in credit risk analysis (preferably – in lending or leasing sector)
- Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, econometrics or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Experience in working with SQL databases
- Knowledge or willingness to learn R and/or Python
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent English
- Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility
What you will do:
- Provide data-driven business decisions regarding loan issuance process and rules
- Create predictive statistical models to support the most optimal lending strategy
- Build and support automated loan approval decision engines
- Through the credit rules and underwriting tools, maintain assigned loan portfolio risk indicators to comply with business strategy
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc loan risk reviews by extracting and combining loan portfolio information
- Escalate fraud cases, risk outliers, changing portfolio behavior and potential risk drivers

- Salary range 3500-4500 EUR gross depending on your expertise
