Marketing Manager

Mogo Romania, part of Eleving Group, is looking for a hands-on and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute powerful marketing strategies that grow our brand and support business goals. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of campaigns, manage local initiatives, and collaborate closely with sales and partners to drive measurable growth.

• Develop and implement a clear, impactful marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
• Plan and lead marketing campaigns from concept to rollout - ensuring strong messaging, timelines and execution across all touchpoints
• Guide the content and social media direction by working with your specialist to grow our brand and community
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to align on goals, share insights and drive qualified leads
• Support dealer and partner initiatives as part of broader growth campaigns
• Use performance data to evaluate and refine marketing activities, focusing on long-term impact

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in campaign execution and growth delivery
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach - you’re comfortable planning, managing and executing campaigns across channels
• Experience with brand building, local marketing initiatives and multi-channel campaign management
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
