Build products that drive profitable growth, delight customers, and scale across European markets.

We're looking for a commercially-savvy, data-driven Product Manager to shape, launch, and grow lending products across Europe. You’ll sit at the heart of our HQ Commercial team – analyzing performance, understanding market dynamics, and collaborating with country and HUB teams to build lending solutions that work smarter, scale faster, and boost customer lifetime value.

This role covers the full product lifecycle: from analyzing product-market fit, pricing, and sales channel performance – to developing new products, driving product improvements, and ensuring our lending offers meet both customer needs and business goals.

You will be reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and will work hand-in-hand with Commercial, Finance, Risk, Data Science, and country teams – ensuring our product portfolio is competitive, profitable, and tailored to every segment we serve.

Your main goals will be:

Drive existing product growth

  • Monitor and improve product performance across Europe markets – including sales, profitability, approval and conversion rates.
  • Recommend optimizations to pricing, schedules, loan amounts, terms, and channel fit to ensure better market fit and sustainable growth.
  • Identify new customer segments and design segment-specific offers.
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell/retention product initiatives to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Continuously improve product setup by aligning product mechanics with evolving customer needs and channel dynamics.

Own new product launches

  • Own the product roadmap for new financial products or lending types – from concept to pilot and scale.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Data Science, and Compliance to ensure new products are profitable, risk-aligned, and compliant.
  • Lead product launches in both existing and new markets – Including product mechanics design, coordination, and go-to-market planning.
  • Explore and prototype variants of vehicle and consumer financing to capture new customer segments or needs.

Collaborate cross-Functionally

  • Work with Commercial team and Country Leaders and local Sales Managers to adapt products for market specifics, sales channel-specific needs and performance.
  • Partner with Credit Risk and Data Science to optimize product underwriting and scoring.
  • Work with Finance to take risk-based pricing, and revenue modelling related decisions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure product readiness and adaptation to local regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence & Data Analysts to translate product performance into actionable development opportunities.
  • Drive strong alignment with IT to prioritize features and deliver tech solutions that enable product growth and new product development.

Be the voice of product insight

  • Analyze internal product KPIs and market trends to make strategic product decisions (approval, conversion, profitability, churn, etc.).
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and macroeconomic conditions in each country to recommend product evolution.
  • Proactively surface customer, competitor, and channel insights to influence product positioning and roadmap priorities.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, fintech, lending, insurance, or digital financial services.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from performance data and customer trends.
  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders – Risk, Finance, Data Science, and Country Managers across different markets.
  • Strong commercial intuition – you think like a mini-CEO of product.
  • Ability to prioritize, drive execution, and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

What we offer:

  • A front-row seat in shaping how Eleving grows its lending portfolio across Europe.
  • High ownership role with real strategic and commercial impact.
  • Smart, passionate teammates across 7 countries and HQ functions.
  • Monthly salary EUR / gross 3500 - 4800.
  • Performance-based bonuses that grow with your impact.
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment driving commercial growth.
  •  Professional growth and development within a supportive team.
