We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Mogo Romania team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating a high-performing team by recruiting top talent. Beyond hiring, you will play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, driving employee development, and contributing to HR initiatives that strengthen our workplace and support long-term success. 

Your main goals will be:

  • Successfully lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a wide range of roles. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and develop hiring strategies that result in the best talent fit for each role. 
  • Leverage innovative sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to consistently attract a diverse and highly qualified talent pool. 
  • Maintain and optimize candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding. 
  • Strengthen Mogo Romania’s employer brand, driving initiatives that position the company as a top employer of choice in the market. 
  • Ensure the smooth integration of new hires, facilitating onboarding processes that embed employees into the company culture from day one. 
  • Additionally, contribute to broader HR responsibilities like, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and other strategic HR projects, to continuously improve workplace culture. 

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Generalist role, demonstrated by consistently achieving outstanding results in attracting and hiring top talent. 
  • Fluency in English is essential.
