Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)


Salary: £38,000.00 per annum



Purpose of the role

 This is a role to manage and lead the SOP writing team to ensure compliance with all documentation both internally and externally within CRH. This role will help and support the Contract Compliance Manager in providing fully compliant SOP’s and other related documentation for the customer and internal stakeholders.  


To administer and deliver the provision of support services, manage the documentation activities in accordance with our contractual obligations. Working collaboratively with regional teams and stakeholders will be critical to ensure success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Procedures

  • Effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders to allow full and accurate
  • mapping of CRH policies, processes and other workflows
  • Effectively and promptly managing your team’s performance, both as a team and
  • individually – clearly setting out the level of performance and behaviour you expect
  • Supporting and developing the team, helping them build the professional skills they need in the area they work in
  • Create a positive, continuous improvement culture within the Contract Compliance Team and the SOP Writing Team, embedding and managing through the principals of reward, recognition, ownership and accountability
  • Ensure effective management of risks through planning and service delivery, including escalating to senior management for action in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal colleagues, third parties and
  • external organisations to support service delivery
  • To provide cover across other teams as required
  • Keep CCMS system, and other systems updated as required

  • Liaise regularly with line manager and team members
  • Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
  • Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
  • Helping/providing cover for other team members as required
  • Attending team and other staff meetings

  • Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate with external suppliers and customers as required
  • Be responsive to external and internal communications
  • Liaise closely with line manager, team members and other staff

  • Undertake all core learning and development programmes as required
  • Undertake relevant learning according to agreed Personal Development Plan
