Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Sales Administrator to join our Sales and Estimating team based at our Salford Office.


if you are an experienced Sales Administrator working in the Painting & Decorating or Construction industry we would love to hear from you.

Main Duties

  • Fulfilling the sales and marketing plan
  • Identify and administer the live sales leads databases.
  • Provide general admin support to the sales and estimating team.
  • First point of contact for sales calls in the office.
  • Monitor relevant email accounts, dealing with issues and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and manage the upkeep of existing sales leads.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity.
  • Participate in meetings and take minutes.
  • Ensure that all tender enquires are recorded
  • Support in marketing activities.
  • Occasional visits to our customers
