Kelly Park Limited is a passionate and dedicated home care provider located in Consett, County Durham that strives to empower individuals to live independently in the comfort of their own homes whilst receiving support for a variety of unique care needs and requirements.
We are looking for a Social Care Training Officer to join our team and help us deliver a high standard of training to our new and existing workforce. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a recognised “Train the Trainer” qualification in Manual Handling, Medication, First aid, as this will be fundamental to delivering and maintaining our gold-standard training programme.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees receive high-quality training in line with up-to-date government bodies and legislation, and provide individualistic support to the wider workforce's training needs.
Kelly Park Limited holds three locations which require training our expanding our workforce, travel may include visiting our: Consett Branch, Sunderland Branch, Teesdale Branch to deliver training in line with Mandatory Health & Social Care regulations.
