Manager Regional

The Regional Manager will be instrumental in expanding and reinforcing Sebo's market presence. This role involves overseeing regional operations, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and driving team performance. Through proactive leadership and engagement, the Regional Manager will ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities and requirements:

• Coordination and Leadership – Supervises and motivates the team to ensure high performance.
• Sales Strategy – Adapts and implements action plans based on the specifics of the local market.
• Analysis and Optimization – Monitors performance indicators, proposes effective solutions, and implements improvement measures.
• Team Development – Participates in recruitment, training, and evaluation, creating a stimulating work environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the microfinance sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Solid knowledge of microfinance and financial products.
• Willingness to travel.
