What you will do:

Role Overview:


The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling visual content, both static and basic animations—that effectively communicates brand messaging, promotions, and campaigns to internal and external audiences. This role ensures consistency with brand guidelines and protects the integrity of the brand’s visual identity.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns and sales promotions that resonate with the target audience and are delivered on time.
  • Ensure all communication assets (e.g., posters, flyers, digital content, banners) strictly adhere to brand guidelines and include strong calls to action.
  • Select appropriate models and copy that align with the target personas across car, boda, and tuk-tuk financing, as well as loan products and future offerings.
  • Collaborate with the social media officer to produce engaging content aligned with the content calendar.
  • Coordinate with the project and product manager to design and deliver branding and POS materials for branches, activations, and out-of-home campaigns.
  • Proofread all print and digital materials prior to production or publication to eliminate design errors and typos.
  • Lead the development of creative strategies that keep the brand innovative and competitive, including research into digital trends and AI tools.
  • Work closely with photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality visual content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Provide design, photography, or videography support to internal stakeholders as requested, using the designated system.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

What you will need:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of design best practices across multiple channels
  • Solid grasp of business functions and brand positioning



Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
  • Initiative in exploring digital tools, including AI, to enhance creative output
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation in brand and product campaigns
  • High attention to detail, with strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
