Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Painting and Decorating Contracts Manager to join our team in the Greater Manchester area.

  • Contracts management experience.
  • Painting & Decorating experience.
  • Communication skills

  • Information technology skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Full UK Driving Licence


Main Duties

  • To be accountable for ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales, quality control standards and to budget.
  • To build on existing client relations and attract new clients and contracts and develop business, employees following laid down company procedures.
  • To organise and recruit labour and subcontractors on identified sites.
  • To programme and plan all identified works.
  • Set all contracts up with targets for site-based team prior to starting.
  • Develop new and existing business.
