The Opportunity
The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Anti-Discrimination & Discipline Manager to lead on the management of discrimination, misconduct, and disciplinary matters across cricket in Yorkshire.
This important role sits within our Safe and Fair Cricket team and will be central to ensuring the game is delivered in a way that is fair, respectful, and inclusive for all. You'll take the lead on managing complaints and investigations related to discriminatory behaviour or breaches of conduct, working closely with the Cricket Regulator, and local clubs and leagues to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Alongside case management, you’ll play a proactive role in shaping culture by developing and delivering training, identifying trends, and embedding learning and best practice across the cricket community in Yorkshire.
