As a Plumber in our water team, you will play a crucial role in delivering on our vision. Visiting customers’ homes, you’ll be responsible for installing flow regulation devices, resolving leaks, and ensuring exceptional service. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule while meeting installation targets and contributing to our mission of reducing water waste.

At Cenergist, we provide water efficiency solutions for the domestic, commercial, and agritech sectors. Our work in the UK involves partnering with leading water companies and local authorities to reduce residential water consumption, improving over 20,000 homes each year. Our patented ‘Control Flow’ water efficiency technology is widely used by our clients. Additionally, we manage water efficiency projects in Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Leisure Centres, and Hotels. In 2023, we launched a consumer offering to sell and install our products directly to homes across the UK, helping homeowners save an average of £380 per year on water and heating.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve project installation targets with precision and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve leaks, including drippy taps, leaky loos, and leaking showers.
  • Fit the most suitable water-saving devices tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Maintain accurate records on our project-specific CRM system.
  • Provide clear and helpful post-installation guidance to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is always delivered to the highest standard.



What You'll Need

  •  Qualifications: Plumbing Level 2 minimum (EUSR Water Hygiene certification is a bonus).
  •  Experience: Domestic plumbing expertise with a customer-first mindset.
  •  Skills: Great communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  •  Driving: A full UK driving licence (DBS certification can be provided by us).
