BDO’s Audit Quality Team is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the firm’s compliance with BDO Global policies and the requirements of ISQM1.

We are currently seeking a team member to join our dynamic team of professionals within the Audit Quality Team. As an integral part of the team, this individual will be managing the firm’s audit quality processes and become a technical subject matter expert in consulting with, and providing guidance to our audit professionals.

This individual will also serve as a role model by promoting and demonstrating our commitment to audit quality policies and processes within the firm.

• You will be working as part of the Audit Quality team to evaluate and monitor the 8 components of the ISQM 1 framework and other BDO Global requirements
• Conducting compliance & risk assessments and reviews
• Prepare and deliver training to people on exceptions and findings
• Planning and organizing own work and keeping others informed of status and activities
•  Ensuring timely delivery of work assigned
•  Supporting the compliance awareness-raising activities

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with some exposure to audit and accounting regulations
• Preferably 1- 2 years of working experience but new graduates will be considered
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ideally, you will also be:
• Confident, Self-driven, flexible and result-oriented individual
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well as a supportive team player, also able to work individually with less supervision where necessary
• Willing to learn and apply new standards
• Possess a positive and constructive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player
• Open mindset
• Should be able to work under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
• Thai National
