Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the finance department's activities including time management, invoicing and expense recording
  • Treasury management
  • Oversee all tax-related transactions and submissions, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to perform day-to-day accounting and financial operations (5 team members)
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Analyse financial data and prepare management reports, representing information on cost allocation, and control measures, and compare actual results against budgets.
  • Maintain internal control system, ensuring financial processes meet regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate with external parties such as the Revenue Department and auditor
  • Support on the annual budgeting process
  • Other ad-hoc tasks upon requests


  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in accounting.
  • Supervising and team management experience is a must.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
  • Working knowledge of accounting software and systems - Xero is a plus.
  • Good command of English
