Our Guest Service Representatives not only hold the keys to every room, but they also hold one of the important roles in our hotel! With their naturally friendly and thoughtful attitude, and a passion for sharing their local knowledge of Kingston, our guest service representatives handle everything related to the guest such as creating reservations, preparing for arrivals, checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing payments and more in a friendly and helpful way .

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Be a local ambassador by sharing must-see attractions, dining recommendations, and unique insights about the area.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, solving problems with creativity and care.
  • Celebrate guest milestones, such as anniversaries or birthdays, with special touches
  • Execute operational tasks and reports with precision to keep everything running smoothly.
