As a Room Attendant you’ll be the heart of our guest experience, transforming rooms into flawless retreats.



You’ll take pride in transforming every room into a sanctuary, where cleanliness and comfort meet. Your role is essential in upholding our high standards of quality and hygiene, as you meticulously clean, sanitize, and present rooms with care. By doing so, you help set the stage for a memorable experience that leaves guests feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.

What You'll Do

  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms to meet our exceptional standards.
  • Ensure all amenities are stocked and in perfect working order, providing a complete, comfortable stay for guests.
  • Report any maintenance issues or special requests promptly, ensuring a seamless stay.
  • Ensure that guest preferences and special requests are handled with care and attention.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily cleaning targets and maintain high service standards.

Who We're Looking For

  • Works quickly and effectively to clean rooms within assigned timeframes
  • Prioritizes tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy
  • Follows the hotel's specific cleaning protocols and quality expectations
  • Adjusts to changing priorities, such as last-minute guest requests
  • Finds solutions for unexpected issues, like a guest needing an urgent room cleaning
  • Works well with other housekeeping staff and hotel department
  • Communicates maintenance issues or guest requests to the appropriate team
  • Supports colleagues when needed to maintain efficiency
  • Ensures guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards
  • Notices and addresses small details that enhance the guest experience
