Responsibilities

  • Assist with the establishment of entities in Thailand.
  • Preparation and filing of documents with Ministry of Finance.
  • Assist with application for BOI, Foreign Business License, Treaty of Amity, and business permits.
  • Preparation applications for visa and work permit for expats.
  • Assist in preparation of internal policy documents. 
  • Ensuring compliance on Corporate Secretarial matters, such as, Annual General Meetings, Shareholder Meetings, updating share register, change of corporate address, registration, etc.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with client representative for Corporate Secretarial jobs.
  • Liaise with government officers. 
  • Draft and review contracts.
  • Have basic knowledge of tax, accounting, finance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Minimum 2-3 year experience with setting up of companies.
  • Read, write and speak Thai and English.
  • Interpersonal skills ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Take lead on tasks and projects.
  • Diligent and organized.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Willing to learn on the job.
