IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our innovative team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations related to IT infrastructure.

 

What will you do:

  • End User Support: Provide support for Microsoft Windows workstations, Microsoft Office 365, Jira, and other applications.
  • Application Management: Install and configure end-user applications, manage licenses, and oversee the cost approval process.
  • Inventory Lifecycle Management: Order new equipment, handle warranty cases, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Telephony Equipment Management: Configure IP phones and provide support.
  • Print Equipment Management: Configure printers and manage timely supply deliveries.
  • Workplace Equipment Setup: Set up IT equipment for new workspaces.
  • Information System Administration: Manage Active Directory, O365, and Azure AD.
  • User and License Management: Manage information system users, access rights, licenses, and subscription services.
  • SLA Tracking: Monitor service level agreements in Jira.

 

 

What will you need:

  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and O365 administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in end user support.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding about computer networking
  • Experience with inventory life cycle management and working with vendors
  • Knowledge of JIRA (will be considered an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of computer networking (will be considered an advantage).
  • Experience in inventory lifecycle management and vendor relations (will be considered an advantage).
