What you will do: 

Monitoring and Incident Response

• Proactively monitor security tools, logs, and alerts to detect and assess potential threats or breaches.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective mitigation.

System and Network Security

• Support the deployment and maintenance of robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.

• Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments to identify and address security gaps.

Security Awareness and Training

• Contribute to creating and delivering engaging security awareness training for employees.

• Assist in developing educational materials that promote a culture of security and best practices across the organization.

Access Control and Identity Management

• Help manage and monitor user access rights and permissions to maintain secure and efficient systems.

• Participate in the implementation and optimization of identity and access management (IAM) tools.

Basic Penetration Testing and Analysis

• Under the guidance of experienced team members, conduct basic penetration testing to uncover vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements to improve system security.
