Production Team Member

Bear Trailer Mfg. is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will start in a specific department based on your skills and interests, such as fabrication, paint prep, powder coating, or assembly & more. Fabrication involves using equipment like tube lasers and saws; paint prep and powder coating use state-of-the-art equipment and industry leading powder coat technology; and assembly brings together axles, wiring, brakes, bunks, and other components to complete the finished product.

AFTER 60 DAYS EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HEATH, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE BENEFITS. 

Summary of Benefits packets and enrollment information will be provided during your enrollment period.

AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYEMENT, EMPLOYEES EARN HOLIDAY PAY AS FOLLOWS:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day for a total of 6 days per calendar year.

VACATION SCHEDULE

VACATION REQUESTS REQUIRE MANAGER APPROVAL AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME.

EMPLOYEES EARN PAID VACATION TIME AS FOLLOWS:

1 week after one year of service

2 weeks after three years of service

3 weeks after six years of service
